Beautiful Jewelry Made By Merging Broken Pieces Of Wood With Colorful Resin

Based in Germany, designer Marcel Dunger has given broken pieces of maple wood a new lease of life by transforming them into strikingly beautiful jewelry.

The jagged bits of scrap wood is merged with colorful resin—the resulting material is then processed by hand and shaped into eye-catching hybrid blocks that can be used as rings, earrings and pendants.

While the concept behind this project is not ground-breaking, the creative use of materials and unexpected combination of wood and resin makes these lovely pieces stand out.
