Captivating Photographs Show Famous Landmarks Transitioning From Day To Night

London, England

Photographer Richard Silver, whom we have featured previously, returns with an exciting ongoing project, ‘Time Sliced’.

For 'Time Sliced', Silver wanted to capture iconic buildings at sunset, and to show its transition from day to night—all in a single image.

In his project, delightful “sliced” compositions that showed the gradual changes in gradient and light were featured through some of the world’s iconic landmarks, including the Birds Nest in Beijing, China, and the Colosseum in Rome, Italy.

Check out a selection of Silver’s work below, or you can visit his Flickr page to view the rest.
