Intriguing Portraits Of Scientists Looking Frightened About Climate Change

In his project ‘Scared Scientists’, photographer Nick Bowers let his subjects’ portraits paint a pictures of the grim reality behind today’s climate changes.



Bowers’ photos feature portraits of various climatologists looking glum, frightened, and worried after a quick chat about their respective areas of specialization.



Most portraits showed the climatologists with wrinkled facial expressions and teary eyes, highlighting their concern about the impending changes to our environment—can you sense their fears just by looking at their faces?
