The team at Yuan Design has created a new version of the ancient chopsticks—the “world’s smallest” PenstiX looks just like a pen when not in use.
This unique design conceals a pair of portable chopsticks in a compact, thin metal rod—users would simple have to unscrew this rod, pull out the pointy ends of the chopsticks and start using them as eating utensils.
In addition to the innovative “pen cap” that doubles as a chopsticks holder, the PenstiX is also quick and easy to clean, making it a convenient alternative to disposable wooden chopsticks.
For the technology-inclined, these chopsticks can also be attached with stylus tips for use with your mobile devices.
The PenstiX is currently soucing for funding on Indiegogo—you can pledge for it here.
