Most of us know that sitting for long hours in front of the computer is not the healthiest way to spend the day, but it can be near-impossible to get away from the desk sometimes.
To help us undo the damage done by thousands of hours at a desk job, website 99u shared four easy-to-do yoga exercises that would serve to counter some common office-related health problems.
For instance, if your wrists feel stiff and sore from too much typing on the keyboard, a stretching exercise that requires you to come down to your hands and knees would help bring new blood to the wrist joints.
