A Fitness Trainer For Your Vagina That Helps Track Pelvic Movements

San Francisco-based startup Minna Life has designed kGoal, a virtual trainer for your vagina.

It comprises a physical device and an app that allows tracking of what the device is sensing. Insert one portion of the device into your vagina, and the app screens show the corresponding movement of the force exerted.

This allows you to know when you are actually squeezing your pelvic muscles correctly. It has been described as a ‘Fitbit for your pelvic floor’.

Kegel exercises like these have been said to improve women’s sex life and health, supporting women’s health functions such as bladder control, pregnancy, musculoskeletal stability, and pleasure.
