This time, a group of 50 Pikachus were seen thronging Yokohama, roaming and randomly skipping about.
This is reportedly part of a promotion event called ‘Pikachu Outbreak!’. It was launched to celebrate the success of the 17th Pokémon movie—directly translated as Cocoon of Diancie and Annihilation.
