Despite the wide variety of emojis out there, there are times when there just isn’t a suitable one that expresses how you feel.
The ‘Makemoji’ app solves this problem by letting you create your own customized emoji for every occasion.
The app offers an array of shapes in a variety of colors and sizes for you to choose from. Each shape you choose becomes a layer, which means that if you decide to make changes halfway, you can edit or delete that particular part without undoing your other choices.
To use, simple copy and paste the emoji to your desired location. You can also export it to a text document or share it on social media.
You’ll be able to sign in to the app through Facebook and share your creations with friends, as well as browse collections from other users.
And if you’re too lazy to create your own, you can choose from the hundreds of pre-made emojis, though it kind of defeats the purpose of the app.
The ‘Makemoji’ app will be available in the Apple App Store on 19 August, with an Android version scheduled to launch next month.
