Photographer Samuel Chapman found that he was stuck with a great camera that could not accommodate his neutral density filters.
Determined to use his rather costly filters, he devised a ‘makeshift’ lens adaptor made out of a sponge, affectionately calling it the ‘FX Sponge Filter Holder 5000.’
Of course, should one feel uncomfortable with the idea of a yellowish sponge at the end of a camera, there's always the option of dyeing the sponge black.
