Parisian gourmet food department store La Grande Epicerie de Paris has collaborated with chocolatier Daniel Mercier to create a collection of Easter chocolate shaped like geometric, colourful animals named “Kaleidoscope”.
Re-imagining traditional Easter chocolate, three common Easter subjects—Rabbit, Hen and Fish—are updated with a faceted, gem-like surface and streaks of bright colors.
"We wanted to create precious objects, but also fun, breaking with the traditional forms of Easter. Everything is available in a limited numbered edition and each item is handmade by Daniel Mercier chocolatier."
