Dove has decided to try a new aspect of celebrating true beauty and helping women find happiness in how they look.
Reaching directly to those who manipulate our perceptions beauty –art directors, graphic designers and photo retouchers, Dove has created a file for Photoshop that replaces the image with an unedited version.
The file came in disguise of a ‘Photoshop Action’ which appeared to give a skin glow effect, when it actually reverted the photo to its original state.
Dove aims to spread the message of being happy with true beauty and to be confident in how women really look.
