Dove has decided to try a new aspect of celebrating true beauty and helping women find happiness in how they look.
Reaching directly to those who manipulate our perceptions of beauty–such as art directors, graphic designers and photo retouchers–Dove has created a file for Photoshop that replaces an edit image with its unedited version.
The file came in disguise of a ‘Photoshop Action’ which appeared to give a skin glow effect, when it actually reverts the photo back to its original state.
Dove aims to spread the message of being happy with true beauty and to be confident of the way women really look.
