Madrid, Spain-based photographer Eugenio Recuenco shot a series of portraits as a tribute to the paintings of Pablo Picasso.
Models were featured dressed in similar fashion of those of the influential artist’s subjects in his cubist works—with out-of-the-world make-up and attires to complete the look and match them as closely as possible.
Recuenco also added in color in post-processing to suit the mood.
The clever homage reminds its viewers of the beauty in art.
