Humor blog Pleated Jeans has come up with a compilation of 14 photographs of adorable pets posing next to portraits of themselves.
They range from a perky Chihuahua’s striking and colorful painting of itself, to a portrait of a lovable mutt dressed as an Ewok.
Hilariously, the expressions on the animals’ faces mirror that of their portraits—our favorite is a grumpy-looking cat that looks just as disgruntled in real life as it does in its artwork.
