Eye-Opening Photographs Of Animals Without Hair



Karmann, an orphaned baby wombat from Australia who was rescued from her dying mother’s pouch at three months old, which explains her baldness. Bored Panda has come up with a collection of eye-opening photographs of 15 animals without hair that render them barely recognizable.



Hair loss from the head or body is known as alopecia, and it is caused by old age, disease, biological dysfunctions and genetic mutations, among other factors.

Sabrina, a female kangaroo who was abandoned by her mother at the Serengeti-Park in Germany. Kangaroos don’t develop hair until they emerge from their mother’s pouch.
