Infographic: Why You Are Less Productive In The Summer





Summer is finally here and the sun is out—while this is generally considered to be good news, the warm weather may not be that great for companies, as employee productivity starts to go down-hill with the rising temperature.



According to this infographic by phone services company Grasshopper, “25% of US workers feel less productive during June, July and August than in the rest of the year”.



Ironically, in addition to unconducive conditions in the office and the tendency to daydream, one of the key reasons why workers are less productive during summer is the lack of vacation—“burnt out workers become less productive in these warm weather months”.
