Proud parents Eric and Lisa Cheung threw a Game Of Thrones-themed party for their adorable one-year-old, Emma.
The Cheungs made this birthday party appropriate for their child and focused on the medieval aesthetic instead of the series’ more adult aspects. Their daughter sat on an “Iron Throne”, which was under a banner that said, “Happy Name Day”.
The throne was made out of a Pottery Barn kid’s foam chair, which her parents wrapped with linen. They decorated it with foam board, construction paper, and used a glue gun. They also used markers to outline each of the “swords” in the throne.
It certainly looks like a fun way to celebrate a first birthday—we wonder if she will remember this day in the years to come.
