What do you get when you put a bunch of Star Trek fans in some of the world’s most scenic landscapes? With art director Ken Lin, you would probably get a fun-filled photo series filled with "light flares", "explosions", and plenty of drama.
In his fun photo series, ‘Star Trek Into California’ and ‘Red is Dead’, Lin and his friends reenacted memorable scenes from the movie while dressed in Star Trek outfits.
Using the vast landscapes of California and Iceland as their backdrops, Lin and friends created amusing photos and GIFs of parodied scenes from the popular film franchise—they traipsed across the desert with much panache, and toyed around with their guns.
