Malaysian artist and architect Hong Yi has made use of soccer balls and paint to create portraits of three soccer superstars–Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar and Lionel Messi.
Hong first dips the soccer balls in paint and dribbles it across the canvas. She used a total of eight colors to highlight their physical characteristics and also for their team jerseys.
It is not the first time Hong used unconventional materials to create beautiful artworks, we have previously featured her here and here.
