Following Google’s announcement of its latest Android 4.4 mobile operating system ‘KitKat’, Nestlé teamed up with agency JWT to create an ad that spoofs the typical Apple stylized ad.
With tongue-firmly-in-cheek, the parody video features Christopher Catlin, Chief Breaks Officer of KitKat, imitating Apple’s Jony Ive and his speech, to announce the arrival of “the future of confectionery”.
“When we set out to build confectionery ‘perfectionery’ by designing the perfect chocolate bar, we nailed it first time,” Catlin says in the video.
“For truly panoramic tasting and an experience that will leave you up in the cloud.”
