Banksy’s Comical Beaver Stencil Comes To East New York

British street artist Banksy continued his take-over of New York City with a comical beaver stencil in East New York on Thursday.

His latest and tenth piece, unveiled via Instagram, shows the semi-aquatic rodent standing triumphantly over a fallen ‘No Parking Anytime’ sign.

It is part of a month-long street residency called ‘Better Out Than In’ in which he creates a piece of graffiti for every day in October.

The elusive artist has set New York City abuzz with speculation on the meaning and locations of his future work, sparking a frenzy among fans and the media.

Despite the intense scrutiny, he has managed to evade discovery so far and it is anyone’s guess where he will turn up next.
