Just in time for Halloween, here’s a recap of German graphic designer Maria Lujan’s giant cardboard knife public installation, a fun piece of craft work that would induce a gasp or two on the streets.
Using cardboard, tape, and red paper, she sculpted an 8-foot-long bloody butcher’s knife and staged her friends and assistants in a fun street project. Lujan worked with artist Wolfgang Krug for this project.
What other craft experiments can you think of for Halloween?
