Colombia-based artist Miler Lagos has created art by densely stacking newspapers together to resemble tree trunks.
His work is titled ‘Fragments of time’, and it features lifeless tree trunks carved from hundreds of thin sheets newsprint, tightly packed together.
Exposed cross sections of the tree trunks reveal fragments of newspaper, alluding to the artwork’s name.
