Japanese photographer Hideaki Hamada chose a subject very close to his heart for his photo project: his own sons, Haru and Mina.
The heartwarming series features his young sons indulging in carefree activities and going about their daily lives in Japan.
The photographs exude a sense of bliss and warmth, and one can imagine the observer looking on lovingly as the boys prance, climb, sing and play.
With this photo series, Hamada hopes to create something that his sons can look back on when they are grown up. He also hopes to show their “living form”, or their childlike innocence, in the most genuine way possible.
