Graphic Design Studio Creates A Gorgeous Typeface Made Of Paint Strokes

London-based graphic design studio Sawdust have created a gorgeous paint typeface as part of a studio experiment.

Using acrylic paint, by folding clear strips and manipulating shadows, designers Rob Gonzalez and Jonathan Quainton examine ‘dimensionality’.

This wonderful typeface is the result of bold experimentation and has turned out beautifully. The designers explain that their studio’s belief is to pursue personal work and have fun even while producing content for the commercial world.

According to the designers, “Sometimes what you see in your mind isn’t what comes out in reality but it doesn’t always matter, what’s important is that you try to make something.”
