Considering the amount of time that a tech-savvy person spends on social media these days, it is hardly surprisingly that what we say online can reveal a lot about our personalities.
California-based start-up Five has created an interactive infographic that “examines the linguistic content of Facebook wall posts, pulling key words to make strikingly accurate estimates about individual personalities”—to try it out, you simply have to log onto your Facebook account and have it analyze your postings.
This online app break-downs personalities into five categories, which are namely “Openness”, “Extraversion”, “Agreeableness”, “Neuroticism” and “Conscientiousness”—the individual is rated on each of these category, with scores ranging from 0-100%.
You can also view the personality scores of famous public figures on the website, including Barack Obama, Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg.
