Whimsical, Playful Wooden Automated Sculptures Controlled By A Turn Of A Handle

Japanese woodworker Kazuaki Harada creates whimsical automata that are controlled by a turn of a handle.



After studying under English artist and master automata-maker, Matt Smith, Harada began making his own in 2002, creating playful and sometimes nonsensical pieces that will bound to make you smile.
