A Hilarious But Useful Armpit Map Of The London Tube

Considering the amount of time one spends staring at others’ armpits during crowded subway commutes, that unglamorous anatomical zone could be viewed as a highly visible “public space”.

Graphic design students Rachel Singer and Oliver St John has came up with the whacky but undeniably useful idea to stitch a map of the London Underground onto the armpit of a coat, so that the wearer’s fellow commuters can conduct a map consultation at ease.

What do you think—is this ingenious or just another thing that will annoy you on the peak hour train?
