Spanish car manufacturer SEAT has installed its innovation ‘Brake Energy Recovery System’ into a taxi which then lowers the meter each time it brakes.
In the video below, it shows the technology in action—SEAT installed the system into a taxi and went around picking real passengers in Germany.
Passengers were surprised to see the meter going down each time the cab pulled to a complete stop.
Don’t you wish all taxis would have this system installed?
