The bodies of the pieces—namely King, Queen, Bishop, Knight and Pawn—spell out their names in a quirky, “squashed up” font.
The words are then topped with a more traditional depiction of these key players—for instance, the King sports a crown while the Knight is represented by a horse’s head.
