To promote its rescue program and to raise awareness for pet adoption, Mexican pet store +Kota ran a street campaign that involved ‘invisible’ owners taking dogs on a walk.

Faced with a limited budget, the store created floating leashes that made it seem like invisible people were walking the animals.

Attached to the leashes were also adoption messages that informed members of the public on how they can adopt the animals.

According to the video, its campaign was a success with 221 homeless dogs finding new homes and owners.
