Based in Kuala Lumpur, self-taught illustrator Tan Yau Hoong has come up with surreal illustrations that will give you a different perspective of the world around you.
Each piece warrants more than a glance—notable mentions include “Sky Guitar”, in which the trails of airplanes also are imagined as guitar strings.
These illustrations serve as a playground for Tan’s imagination, and encourage the viewer to give more thought to everyday objects and scenes.
