N55 and the Rebar Group have come up with “Parkcycle Swarm”, using "miniature gardens" on wheels to get people to relax and make urban spaces greener.
These “parkcycles”—a portmanteau of the words “park” and “bicycle”—made their debut in Azerbaijan’s capital, Baku, during the Public Art Festival 2013.
Those who participated made use of these miniature gardens with wheels to cycle around the city, relaxing as they watched the world go by.
