Artist Recreates Classic Paintings With Everyday Objects

‘Plastic Classics’ is a collection of recreations of classic paintings by British artist Jane Perkins that puts a contemporary spin on the old masters.

Made with everyday objects like buttons, toys and other plastic figures, Perkins demonstrates how they can be used in fun and creative ways.

Some of her designs include Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vincent Van Gogh’s Sunflowers, and Claude Monet’s Waterlilies.
