
Instead of posting a recruitment ad, German digital agency Interone BBDO took the unusual route of hijacking the Art Directors’ Club website to source for potential candidates.
Creatives who clicked on Interone’s work on the website were taken to the offices of Interone via webcam, where they were interviewed on the spot.
News of Interone’s creative hiring process spread and they fielded numerous offers from interested candidates, eventually hiring one.
