After Jamie Moore’s daughter, Emma, turned five, the photographer decided to do a special photoshoot for her daughter.
Moore took to the internet for inspiration, but was disappointed to see many photo shoots of young girls posing as Disney princesses as she believed it was an “unrealistic fantasy”.
Instead, what the photographer did was to choose, with her daughter, five famous women who have impacted the world, and then photographed her as these movers and shakers.
The five women who were chosen “have beat the odds and fought (and still fight) for their equal rights all over the world”, showing young Emma she can be a strong woman, just like her role models.
