Stunning Sculptures Made From 300,000 Cans To Fight Food Hunger





Nearly 300,000 cans of food were used to create amazing sculptures inspired by classic video and board games at the third annual CANstruction exhibition, which was recently held in San Francisco.



This year’s theme of “From CANdyland to WoW” focused on the on-going issue of hunger and featured a variety of creative and innovative can-centric takes on games like roulette, Donkey Kong, Duck Hunter, and Plinko.



The exhibition was part of the Architecture and the City Festival held in downtown Rincon Center, and was open to local design and engineering firms.



All the food cans were donated to local food banks at the end of the exhibition.
