London-based creative agency WCRS has started “The Wrap Up Project” and designed a small collection of Christmas wrapping paper that aims to raise awareness for the plight of the city’s homeless.
Faced with the upcoming winter that is set to be one of Britain’s coldest yet, the agency used patterns that are derived from viruses that most threaten homeless people who sleep on the streets.
Featuring graphic representation of the common cold, influenza and pneumonia, the patterns on these wrapping papers look just like the festive snowflakes that are often found on holiday gift wrapping.
All proceeds from the sale of these wrapping papes goes to London charity St Mungo’s, which has done a lot of good work in their mission to keep people off the street.
You can purchase these unconventionally themed Christmas gift wrapping papers over here.
