If you think about it, a big portion of the posts on Instagram are dedicated to food. People upload photos during their many meal, including breakfast, brunch, tea time, lunch and dinner.
Thrillist contributor and "data whiz" Cody Kestigian has looked through data on every food hashtag from when Instagram began in October 2010 to January 2015. He then made a video that visually shows the items by popularity with emojis.
It is interesting to see which foods made it to this top 10 list—while steak took the 10th position, cake came in first.
