Artist Sketches Every Building In New York As A Personal Tribute To The City

Australian illustrator James Gulliver Hancock fell so deep in love with New York City, that he has sketched all of the buildings in New York.

Hancock’s project of passion, All The Buildings In New York, began as a blog to help him keep track of his sketches of NYC. It is also published as a book that has a drawing of every building in NYC, organized by neighborhoods.

It features iconic buildings of NYC’s skyline, including the Chrysler Building, the Flatiron, Apple’s 5th Avenue store, as well as the everyday buildings that make up New York’s unique cityscape.
