Surrey-based photographer Karen Knorr has photographed some fascinating and interesting portraits of animals in places of rich heritage--such as museums, palaces, tombs, or sacred spaces.
By digitally composing the animal into an architecturally rich space, Knorr’s work blurs the boundaries between reality and illusion, and explores the relationship between castes and human distinction.
