Arthur Xin has designed an Ice Cube Tank that, when filled with live fish, cleverly makes it look as though the owner has weird frozen-fish fetishes.
On closer inspection, one will discover that it is all part of an ‘icy deception,’ and that there is absolutely nothing to be alarmed about.
