A freelance writer turned photographer, Joan Biondi adopted a cat that was left for dead in a garbage can—she soon realized that her new feline friend, Lorenzo, loves to pose for pictures in cute outfits.
Today, her photographs of an all-dressed-up Lorenzo the Cat have been exhibited worldwide and have been even been featured in many media outlets.
While Biondi admits to anthropomorphizing Lorenzo, her photography has also brought out the natural intelligence and grace of cats, which is a far cry from the modern stereotype of fat, lazy house cats.
