Fun, Artist-Designed Hopscotch Crosswalk Lets You Hop Across The Road

To draw people to the Bromo Tower Arts & Entertainment District, the Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts has teamed up with several artists to turn the area’s crossroads into wonderful pieces of public art.

The latest installation to be unveiled is the “Hopscotch Crosswalk Colossus” created by artist Graham Coreil-Allen—as you would have guessed from its title, the project features four different hopscotch courts drawn on four intersecting crosswalks.

Each of the hopscotch-court-crosswalk feature one of Baltimore’s signature path-print—the Shoe, the Bird Track, the Boot and the Footprint.

View more images of these whimsical crosswalks below and find out more about this fun installation on Coreil-Allen’s website.
