Pantene Ad Campaign Aims To Put An End To Negative Gender Labels

Launched by Pantene Philippines and Rappler, the #WhipIt campaign strives to dispel the negative gender labels that are assigned to women in the workplace.



These posters show the double standards that apply at work—for example, if a man speaks his mind he is “persuasive”, but a woman who does the same is seen as “pushy”.



The campaign then advises women to be strong and turn a deaf ear to such negativity, encouraging them to empower themselves.
