Color authority PANTONE has unveiled the color of the year for 2014: PANTONE 18-3224 Radiant Orchid.
The color that will replace Emerald Green, is a blend of fuchsia, purple and pink undertones.
It’s said to “intrigue the eye and spark the imagination,” executive director of PANTONE Color Institute, Leatrice Eiseman, said in a statement.
“Radiant Orchid inspires confidence and emanates great joy, love and health,” she added.
