Art student Daigo Fukawa has created a fun collection of furniture that challenges one’s perception of reality—the chairs, benches and stools from his “Rough Sketch Products” series look deceptively like line drawings that have been scribbled in a haste.
When people sit on these furniture, they create amusing optical illusions that blend the second and third dimensions—one can easily mistake these pictures for digitally manipulated images.
These eye-catching pieces are made of what seems to be metal wires—we have no idea how comfortable they are, but they will definitely make a statement, regardless of whether they are used at home or in public spaces.
