Dublin-based illustrator Ben Hickey has created a series of drawings that cleverly turn everyday objects into something new.
He makes use of negative spaces to create optical illusions and re-imagines objects in a unique way to make them more interesting.
For example, Hickey made a multi-colored pen resemble a Star Wars light-saber and the space between two pianos form the silhouette of an orchestra conductor.
