US company Jack Link's has replicated the famous Mount Rushmore monument, and covered it with a mix of meat jerky to celebrate National Jerky Day on 12 June 2014.
The project titled “Meat Rushmore” took 1,400 hours to assemble and was made up of nearly 700kg of beef, pork and turkey jerky—each jerky was individually applied in layers on top of the carved foam sculpture.
