Communications manager of Bike New York and freelance photographer Sam Polcer recently captured some stylish portraits of New York City residents and their bikes.
His photographs of the city’s colorful denizens are documented in New York Bike Style, which came out this spring.
They encompass a diverse array of personalities, from grungy hipsters to moms and their little tykes, to hip old-timers, beach-goers and businessmen.
